Refund Policy

Mouve Pilates & Dance Studio strives to provide quality classes and workshops. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.

Memberships & Class Packages

• Membership fees and class packages are generally non-refundable once activated.
• Unused sessions are non-transferable unless approved by management.

Workshops & Special Events

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.

Studio Cancellation

• If Mouve cancels a class, workshop, or event, participants may receive a replacement session, studio credit, or refund.

Medical Exceptions

Refund requests due to medical reasons may be considered upon submission of supporting documentation.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
